Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds may be available for programs, consulting, and educational products purchased from Freshstkneeao.

1. Overview

We want clients to understand exactly what they are purchasing—educational workplace services, not medical treatment. This Refund Policy sets clear conditions for cancellations and refunds. Specific service agreements may include additional terms; where they differ, the signed agreement controls.

2. Programs and Consulting Engagements

2.1 Cancellation Before Start Date

If your organization cancels a signed program at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled start date, you may receive a full refund of prepaid fees minus any non-recoverable third-party costs we documented at booking (e.g., printed materials already produced).

2.2 Cancellation Within 14 Days of Start

Cancellations between 14 and 7 days before start receive a 50% refund of prepaid program fees. Cancellations fewer than 7 days before start are non-refundable, but we may offer credit toward a rescheduled session within six months at our discretion.

2.3 After Program Has Begun

Once live sessions or digital module access has been delivered to participants, fees for completed portions are non-refundable. If we terminate delivery due to our operational failure, you receive a prorated refund for undelivered sessions.

3. Educational Products (Physical and Digital)

3.1 Digital Downloads

Due to immediate access upon delivery, digital guides and card decks are non-refundable once download links are issued, unless a technical defect prevents access and we cannot resolve it within 5 business days.

3.2 Physical Materials

Unused physical products in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the client unless items arrived damaged. Refunds process within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

4. Individual Coaching and Personalized Plans

Individual coaching sessions may be rescheduled once with 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice forfeit that session fee. Personalized plan purchases are refundable only before the review call occurs; after the call, the fee is non-refundable because deliverables are customized.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • On-site travel expenses already incurred by our facilitators
  • Third-party venue deposits paid on your behalf
  • Services explicitly marked non-refundable in your invoice
  • Promotional or discounted bundles unless otherwise stated in writing

6. How to Request a Refund

Email touch@freshstkneeao.world with:

  1. Organization or individual name on the invoice
  2. Invoice or agreement reference number
  3. Date of purchase and program or product name
  4. Reason for the request

We acknowledge requests within 3 business days and provide a decision within 10 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method when possible.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks for delivered educational services may result in suspension of future access and collection of reasonable administrative costs permitted by law.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. EU consumers may have withdrawal rights for distance contracts where services have not yet begun, subject to legal exceptions for scheduled live events.

9. Policy Updates

We may revise this Refund Policy periodically. The date shown at the top indicates the current version. Purchases are governed by the policy in effect at the time of payment unless otherwise agreed.
